I was born in the Dominican Republic and graduated from Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Former Federal Public Defender for Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania; former law clerk to the Hon. Thomas J. Blewitt, for Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Prior to law school I worked for Verizon and was a union steward for CWA Local 1023.
